Qualifications

• 5+ years in conversation design or related UX, with people leadership.
• Experience designing conversational experiences—deterministic or generative.
• Ability to visualize user journeys with storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Inclusive design and accessibility knowledge applied to design solutions.
• Experience developing transformational strategies and north-star representations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a small team of conversational designers.
• Set vision and strategy for agentic experiences across self-service journeys.
• Evolve the assistant's voice, tone, and personality with consistent guidelines.
• Own standards for dialogue design, prompts, and system behavior.
• Partner with design to co-own the agentic design system.
• Diagram flows, wireframes, and prototype interactions for key touchpoints.
• Collaborate with engineering on production prompts, guardrails, and tool use.
• Test and refine prompts and system instructions for quality outputs.
• Establish evaluation practices to drive measurable improvements.
• Drive inclusive design and accessibility in all experiences.
• Represent conversational design to senior stakeholders with clear rationale.
