Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Experience Design Vice President to shape user experiences across Chase Operations Voice products. You will guide design and research strategy, mentor designers, and advance conversational AI with cross-functional teams.

This role emphasizes inclusive, accessible design and leadership in a complex fintech environment. You will lead conversations design for AI-driven tools, collaborate on cross-functional initiatives, and ensure user-centered outcomes across channels

Qualifications

5+ years in UX design or similar roles.
Experience designing IVR and voice UI systems, including prompts.
Understanding of audio branding, voice personas, prosody and pacing.
Develop clear audio and text prompts tailored to diverse customers.
Ability to create visual representations of user journeys (storyboards, wireframes, prototypes).
Experience with inclusive design and accessibility guidelines.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute design/research strategies aligned with business objectives and user needs.
Diagram service flows, design wireframes, prototype interactions and lead end-to-end design initiatives.
Mentor junior designers and promote inclusive design practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UX into product development processes.
Analyze market trends and user research data to inform design decisions.
Drive strategic vision for conversational AI and position Chase as a leader in conversational tech in finance.
Lead design of conversational flows for AI-driven tools and advance NLU/LLM experiences across products.
Articulate design rationale with storytelling and documentation for stakeholders.
