Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Content Design Vice President on the Design System team to develop and execute content plans for inclusive, usable product experiences and guide customer journeys through content.

You will lead strategically important initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate voice, tone, accessibility, and risk requirements into reusable content patterns and rules that scale across products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in content design, editing, writing, strategy, process, architecture, and scalable standards for digital products.
• Expert storytelling to clarify complex concepts for diverse audiences, adhering to standards.
• Proficiency in facilitating workshops to align partners and translate outcomes into durable standards.
• Advanced technical literacy and understanding of content platforms and their usability impact.
• Experience in design systems to develop scalable guidance for components, templates, and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and evolve scalable content design strategies and processes for the design system and products.
• Facilitate end-to-end discovery workshops with designers, engineers, and product managers to map narrative and content architecture.
• Design, structure, and organize digital content to guide customers through experiences and simplify complex concepts.
• Translate voice and editorial guidance into repeatable rules embedded into workflows, templates, and platforms.
• Champion inclusive language across the customer journey and coordinate standards across teams.
• Coordinate lifecycle of shared standards so downstream teams can adopt changes with minimal disruption.
• Define extension approaches enabling domain-specific nuance within shared guardrails.
