JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Vice President of Content Design for Small Business and Merchant Services. You will shape inclusive, usable product experiences and guide content architecture across product experiences.

Lead strategic initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate complex concepts effectively. You will partner with product, design, research and technology to build human-centered experiences that educate and empower small business customers to make informed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in content design, editing, and strategy for digital products.
• Ability to design content architecture for usability and navigation.
• Strong storytelling to clarify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Experience facilitating workshops with product and design teams.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled experiences in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement content design strategies aligned with business and user goals.
• Lead end-to-end discovery workshops to define narrative and content architecture.
• Create content models and taxonomies to guide users through complex concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent voice across products.
• Champion inclusive language and accessible customer experiences.
• Partner with designers to produce UX artifacts across web, mobile and omni-channel.
• Share work via design reviews and product reviews; contribute to CoP.
