Job summary

You will develop and execute content strategies, guide narrative structures across products, and collaborate with product, design, research and technology teams to empower customers to make confident financial decisions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing digital content for complex products and platforms.
• Ability to design content architecture and organize content for usability.
• Storytelling skills to clarify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Experience facilitating workshops for product and experience design.
• Advanced technical literacy and understanding of content platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience with AI-enabled or data-driven experiences in an enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement content design strategies for multiple components of a product line.
• Lead discovery workshops with designers to define narrative and content architecture.
• Use content models and taxonomies to guide users through complex concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-product teams to ensure consistent voice and narratives.
• Champion inclusive language for a diverse audience throughout the customer journey.
• Leverage insights to develop end-to-end content strategy for digital experiences.
• Partner with designers to create UX artifacts across web, mobile, and omni-channel.
• Plan, write and shape UI content, product education, naming conventions, and navigation.
• Share work through design reviews and product reviews across the organization.
• Contribute as a member of the DCE Content Community of Practice (CoP).
