Axos Bank is seeking an experienced Consumer IT Staff Operations Manager to partner with the SVP, Head of Consumer Bank Development. You will streamline operations, align departments, and drive initiatives that improve decision-making and efficiency on the Consumer IT team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, operations, strategy, or executive support roles.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• High emotional intelligence, discretion, and a proactive mindset.
• Experience in a startup, high-growth, or mission-driven environment preferred.
• Proven ability to influence and lead without direct authority preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the SVP, Head of Consumer Bank Development in developing and executing strategic plans.
• Coordinate and track progress of strategic initiatives across departments.
• Prepare briefings, dashboards, and reports for executive decision-making.
• Act as a liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders; draft communications and presentations.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in organizational processes; drive operational improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
• Oversee internal communications and promote interdepartmental collaboration.
• Assist with annual IT budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning; monitor spending.
• Serve as a thought partner to Consumer IT leadership and promote Axos values.
• Facilitate leadership planning sessions and governance/compliance initiatives.
