This role blends strategic planning, program management, internal communications, and operational excellence to accelerate decision making and drive accountability across departments.

On-site at HQ, you will lead cross‑functional projects, develop dashboards, manage budgets, and promote a culture of results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in management consulting, operations, strategy, or executive support.
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High emotional intelligence, discretion and proactive mindset.
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments preferred.
• Ability to influence and lead without direct authority preferred.
