Job summary

Axos Bank is seeking an SVP of Technology Strategy & Operations to lead transformation across seven verticals, ensuring alignment of portfolios and delivery with strategic objectives. The role is hands-on, embedding AI into planning, coding, testing, and delivery workflows.

You will drive organizational change, manage budgets and resources, and personally lead cross-vertical initiatives end-to-end to deliver measurable impact. Remote work is not offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology leadership roles with hands-on program/delivery management experience.
• Experience running organizational change management practices at scale.
• Experience owning strategic portfolio execution and OKRs across multiple technology teams.
• Experience implementing AI-driven development practices at scale with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Own transformation of how technology is delivered across seven verticals, including planning discipline and quality gates.
• Define cross-vertical delivery standards and operationalize them across teams.
• Lead the AI-driven development lifecycle (AIDLC) across seven verticals and drive adoption.
• Oversee release management, budget, and resource allocation across verticals.
• Directly manage a delivery/program management team and rescue at-risk programs.
