Job summary

Axos Bank is seeking a Senior VP, Head of Product Management to define and execute the company's digital vision across its consumer platform and RIAs. You will lead product strategy, own the roadmaps, and align initiatives with customer needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise‑wide digital product strategy for both consumer and securities platforms at Axos Bank, ensuring initiatives are customer‑centric.
• Own the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization for Axos’ consumer trading, lending, deposit products, robo‑advising, and advisor workstation offerings.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and business units to define GTM plans and align launches with campaigns and customer engagement.
• Lead cross‑functional product teams and mentor UX, engineering, and analytics professionals to drive rapid, data‑driven product iteration.
