Axos Bank is seeking a newly created business management leader to partner with the Head of Strategy and Analytics for the Consumer Bank. You will collaborate across teams to provide a single picture of what matters, track progress, and determine the next actions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategy, business operations, consulting, marketing, or program leadership.
• Exceptional communicator who turns complex metrics into executive-ready stories.
• Experience running operating rhythms with rigor: reviews, forums, initiative tracking.
• Proven track record structuring complex initiatives and aligning cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with data and the instinct to build narratives and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen decision-making across the Consumer Bank with an integrated view of all lines of business.
• Partner with business heads to sharpen priorities and plans.
• Run the OKR program for the Consumer Bank and manage cadence and performance.
• Elevate operating rhythm with executive reviews and insight-led decisions.
• Connect product, marketing, lending, deposits, and operations around shared goals.
• Own high-priority strategic projects end to end across functions.
