Qualifications

• Experience designing or enhancing control frameworks and escalation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of control strategies to identify and mitigate risks.
• Build and enhance an integrated control framework for continuous risk assessment and monitoring.
• Execute top-down risk analysis to identify trends, risks, and control gaps.
• Identify control issues and elevate concerns through governance channels.
• Guide root cause analysis and remediation planning with milestones and owners.
• Apply data analytics, automation, and technology to improve monitoring and governance.

• Prepare executive-ready updates and materials for senior leadership.
