Qualifications

• 7+ years in financial services with controls or risk management.
• Experience designing or enhancing control frameworks and escalation.
• Experience leading control issue management and remediation.
• Experience leading change in complex initiatives with stakeholders.
• Influencing cross-functional teams across legal, compliance, audit, risk.
• Ability to deliver executive‑level written materials and presentations.
