Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a VP Control Manager in the Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) organization to lead and build an enhanced control framework. The role focuses on continuous risk assessment, top-down risk analysis, real-time issue detection, escalation, root cause analysis, and remediation.

You will lead cross-functional teams and drive innovation in control strategies while aligning with the organizational vision.

Qualifications

• 7+ years working in financial services with controls, audit, quality assurance, or operational risk experience.
• Deep regulatory knowledge and ability to advise across Legal, Compliance, Audit, and Risk.
• Designs and executes change management strategies for complex initiatives.
• Persuades stakeholders with data-driven arguments and negotiates for outcomes.
• Manages complex stakeholder relationships across CCB, Legal, Compliance, Audit, and Risk.
