Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a Vice President of Construction Management – Disbursing to lead and develop the Construction Management teams across Consumer, Business Banking, and Commercial CM groups. The role centers on budget reviews, cost breakdowns, loan draws, and ensuring accuracy while coordinating with cross-functional departments.

The ideal candidate will supervise CM staff, drive process improvements, and collaborate with relationship teams to optimize the construction
