Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage, train and mentor the CM team, including coaching and performance management.
• Attend meetings with clients and loan staff to guide them through the construction process.
• Drive efficiencies for the construction disbursing process through process improvements.
• Review, understand and resolve issues regarding loan draw accuracy and correction of errors.
• Maintain third party inspectors and acquire new ones as needed in various markets.
