Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust seeks a VP, Construction Management – Disbursing to lead and develop the CM team within Consumer/Business Banking and Commercial CM. You will train, monitor, and guide associates on budget reviews, cost breakdowns, and loan draws, ensuring accuracy and compliance across cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train and mentor the CM team, including coaching and performance management.
• Oversee day-to-day processing needs; resolve customer issues related to files.
• Develop foundational skills for CM associates to process construction draws.
• Monitor and audit work by direct reports.
• Drive efficiencies in the construction disbursement process.
• Collaborate with relationship teams to improve processes.
• Assist CM staff in daily processing as needed.
• Ensure timely budget reviews and Cost Breakdown Summaries.
• Attend client and loan staff meetings to guide the process.
• Review loan draw accuracy and correct errors.
