Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust seeks a VP, Construction Management – Disbursing to lead CM teams across Consumer, Business Banking, and Commercial segments. You will train, monitor, and advance customer files, focusing on budget reviews, Cost Breakdown Summaries, and loan draws while ensuring compliance across departments.

You will supervise CM staff, guide process improvements, and coordinate with clients and loan personnel to resolve issues and ensure accurate disbursements.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform on-site inspections as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills; deal tactfully with stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills, high accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Strong time management and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel to different markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train and mentor the CM team, overseeing day-to-day processing needs.
• Ensure CM associates resolve customer issues related to their file.
• Develop skills for processing construction draws bank-wide.
• Monitor and audit work completed by direct reports.
• Drive efficiencies in the construction disbursement process and partner with relationship teams to improve workflows.
