Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a VP, Construction Management – Disbursing to lead the CM team within the Consumer/Business Banking CM Team and Commercial CM Team. Oversee training, development, and day-to-day progression of customer files, focusing on budget reviews, cost breakdowns, loan draws, and error correction.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train and mentor the CM team and oversee daily processing needs.
• Ensure CM staff resolve customer issues related to files.
• Develop foundational skills for processing construction draws bank-wide.
• Monitor and audit work produced by direct reports.
• Drive efficiencies in the disbursing process through improved methods.
• Partner with relationship teams to drive process improvements.
• Assist CM staff in everyday processing as needed.
• Ensure budgeting and Cost Breakdown Summaries are completed.
