Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 5–7 years' experience in construction management.
• 3–5 years' experience leading or managing a team.
• Advanced knowledge of construction and real estate.
• Ability to travel to different markets and inspect on-site.

Aufgaben

• Manage, train and mentor the CM team, including coaching and performance management.
• Oversee day-to-day processing and ensure issues on files are resolved.
• Monitor and audit work product completed by direct reports.
• Drive efficiencies in the construction disbursing process.
• Attend meetings with clients and loan staff to guide the process.
