Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation seeks a seasoned Vice President of Community Operations to lead a team of community managers and ensure the delivery of contractual obligations across multiple client portfolios.

You will oversee operational readiness, drive service excellence, and manage key metrics. The role requires experience in large-scale communities, strong leadership, and financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience as a community manager.
• Three years in large-scale community management.
• Experience in a leadership/executive role is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience required.
• Master’s degree in business or related field is highly preferred.
• Appropriate state license and industry designations.
• CAI PCAM designation is highly preferred.
• CAM license required upon hire in Florida and Georgia; others within 90 days.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, budgeting, and statements.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of contractual obligations and service promises for assigned clients.
• Lead a team of community managers to maintain operational integrity.
• Review routine management deliverables for standards and timelines.
• Coordinate site teams to meet contractual requirements per SOPs.
• Build a flexible, responsive team with urgency and client focus.
• Communicate priorities and progress within the team and to clients.
• Lead meetings and provide required research and reports.
• Track metrics and SLAs to fulfill client needs.
• Proactively address client needs and share best practices.
• Participate in client meetings and transition processes as needed.
• Engage in retention efforts for at-risk clients; step in as acting manager.
