Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation is seeking an experienced Vice President of Community Operations to lead a team of community managers across a portfolio of large-scale residential communities.

You will drive contractual delivery, oversee performance metrics, and ensure high-quality service while expanding client relationships and ensuring operational readiness. The role requires strategic leadership, strong budgeting skills, and a proactive approach to industry standards.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience as a community manager.
• Three years of experience in large-scale community management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Master's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Appropriate state license and industry designations.
• CAI PCAM designation preferred.
• CAM license required upon hire in Florida and Georgia; otherwise within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the delivery of CCMC’s contractual obligations and service promise for an assigned portfolio of clients.
• Lead a team of community managers to ensure operational integrity and excellence is achieved.
• Review routine management deliverables to ensure standards and timelines are met.
• Facilitate operational readiness by ensuring site team completes contractual requirements.
• Build a flexible, responsive team with urgency and client focus.
• Communicate priorities and progress within the team toward CCMC's vision.
• Lead meetings and provide research and reports as required.
• Track metrics and service level targets to fulfill deliverables.
• Proactively address future client needs and share best practices.
• Participate in community meetings and events for client visibility.
• Nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Resolve conflicts in a win/win manner for stakeholders.
• Assist in retention plans and acting community manager when needed.
• Support community transitions and respond to client RFPs.
