Qualifications

• Extensive CRO industry experience with client management in senior sales/operational roles.
• Experience in developing commercial messaging including proposals, RFIs, and bid content.
• Proven leadership of global cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with commercial tools and software including MS Office, Salesforce, and proposal/presentation automation.
• Strong capability in data-driven commercial strategy messaging and market positioning.

Responsibilities

• Participate in bid triage discussions to evaluate opportunities and align with corporate objectives.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify high-value opportunities.
• Provide guidance to bid teams on RFIs/RFPs to differentiate Parexel competitively.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, and operational teams to meet client requirements.
• Prepare bid teams for client presentations and negotiate favorable outcomes.
• Share lessons learned from wins and losses to improve bid effectiveness.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments impacting strategy.
• Represent Parexel at industry events to enhance visibility.
