Job summary

Parexel International is seeking a Client Relationship Director for a remote role to drive commercial growth and build strategic relationships within assigned accounts. You will support the Account Leader in shaping strategy and demand generation across therapy areas and regions.

You will lead bid pursuits, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated clinical research solutions while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring profitability.

Qualifications

• Strategic thinking and the ability to translate client needs into actionable plans.
• Proven ability to build relationships and communicate with senior management.
• Strong commercial acumen and drive to grow revenue and profitability.
• Sound understanding of drug discovery, development principles, and clinical research processes.
• Experience presenting and packaging integrated solutions that demonstrate value.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Leader in developing and executing therapeutic area, service line, or region-specific account plans.
• Take direct responsibility for assigned accounts, including new business growth and contract negotiation.
• Lead bid pursuit meetings and proposal strategy with cross-functional teams.
• Develop compelling narratives and executive summaries demonstrating integrated solutions and ROI.
• Identify client needs and propose consultative solutions leveraging Parexel's capabilities.
