• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressively responsible professional experience.
• Proven experience driving operational excellence and organizational performance.
• Experience leading, developing, and managing senior-level teams.
• Strong financial and business management capabilities, including budget planning, financial monitoring, and performance evaluation.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into operational plans and drive execution across multiple departments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee organization-wide operational planning and execution, turning priorities into measurable results.
• Lead development and approval of annual budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Ensure departments meet quality, regulatory, productivity, customer service, budgeting, and project management standards.
• Appoint and coordinate department heads to foster accountability and leadership across the organization.
• Monitor performance and address deviations and challenges to meet targets.
