Job summary

Jobgether in the United States seeks a Senior Vice President, Managed Services to lead the commercial strategy, financial performance, and growth of a recurring-revenue cloud services business. You will report to the CEO and own the business P&L, with accountability for MRR, retention, gross margin, and key client relationships.

You will build a national and Latin America leadership team, drive service delivery excellence, security, and platform automation to improve efficiency and value.

Qualifications

• Proven P&L ownership of a managed services or IT services business with large revenue.
• Extensive enterprise client relationship experience at the executive level.
• Experience leading organizational transformation and change.

Responsibilities

• Own the managed services P&L and growth strategy.
• Lead executive client discussions, renewals, and expansion planning.
• Oversee 24/7 delivery, security standards, and platform improvements.
