Job summary

Jobgether seeks a VP/SVP, Finance based in the United States to lead the full finance function for a growing enterprise B2B software business. You will drive FP&A, accounting, cash management, and strategic finance, reporting to the CEO and collaborating with the board to shape financial strategy.

You will build scalable processes for subscription and usage-based revenue, manage monthly close, and optimize pricing and unit economics while guiding investment decisions for sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, currently at SVP/VP level or ready to step up.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS with subscription or platform model and $50M–$100M ARR.
• Ability to link financial planning to business operations and drive cash flow growth.
• Expertise in FP&A, SaaS metrics, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue recognition (ASC 606).
• Experience managing external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory filings.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, rolling forecasts, and monthly/quarterly reporting.
• Advise CEO on financial strategy and prepare board/investor materials.
• Lead pricing, unit economics, and revenue forecasting for subscription/usage models.
• Oversee close processes, accounting, internal controls, and GAAP reporting.
• Manage treasury, liquidity planning, and banking relationships.
• Develop a lean, scalable finance team and partner with People leadership on HR costs.
