Ideal candidate brings 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership, active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designation, with strong change leadership, analytics, and stakeholder management to advance a high-performance, customer-centric operation.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation preferred.
• 5–7+ years of commercial lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.
• Strong experience with workflow standardization and process optimization.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions and integration initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy across divisions.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Standardize workflows, procedures and best practices.
• Lead process improvements to boost productivity and client outcomes.
• Support M&A integration through planning and alignment.
• Collaborate with producers, operations, and leadership to drive results.
• Optimize use of EPIC, reporting tools and tech platforms.
• Provide workforce planning and capacity modeling insights.
