Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP of Commercial Lines to lead national operations, drive workflow standardization, and support M&A initiatives. This role partners with divisional leaders to optimize performance and client service across the organization.

The ideal candidate will hold an active P&C license, CPCU/CIC designation, and 5–7+ years of leadership in a large insurance brokerage or agency, with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage or agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
• Experience with workflow standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Divisional and Regional Leadership to develop and execute Commercial Lines initiatives.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions to improve efficiency and client outcomes.
• Establish standardized Commercial Lines workflows, procedures, and best practices.
• Lead process improvements to increase productivity and reduce variation.
• Analyze staffing models and capacity plans to support growth.
• Support M&A integration and operational alignment initiatives.
• Promote effective use of EPIC and related technology to improve performance.
