Job summary
Insurance Office of America seeks a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to serve as a national subject matter expert in Commercial P&C and agency operations. You will partner with leadership to drive workflow standardization, capacity planning, and operational scalability while supporting M&A integration and strategic initiatives.
The role requires 5–7+ years of leadership in commercial lines, an active P&C license, and designation (CPCU/CIC preferred).
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty license required.
- CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent) strongly preferred.
- 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience in a large insurance brokerage or agency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with regional leadership.
- Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
- Standardize workflows and processes for efficiency and consistency.
- Lead process improvement and workforce planning initiatives.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration initiatives.
- Collaborate with producers, operations teams, and leadership to drive results.
