Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to act as a national subject matter expert in Commercial P&C and agency operations. The role partners with senior leadership to drive standardized workflows, optimize operations, and scale capabilities across the organization.

It supports producers, account teams, and operational leaders in delivering exceptional client service and shareholder value.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience within a large insurance brokerage or agency.
• Experience with EPIC strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines operations initiatives with leadership.
• Establish standardized workflows, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvement, productivity, and capacity planning initiatives.
• Support merger and acquisition integration and operational alignment.
• Collaborate with producers, operations, and leadership to drive performance.
