Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to serve as a national SME in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance and agency operations. This role partners with divisional and regional leadership to advance objectives, optimize processes, and strengthen Commercial Lines performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience in a large brokerage/agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with divisional and regional leadership.
• Drive operational excellence, standardize workflows, and improve efficiency.
• Lead process optimization and root-cause analysis initiatives.
• Plan workforce capacity and collaborate with Managed Services.
• Provide EPIC system guidance and support integration initiatives.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and integration of operations.
• Partner with producers and operations to deliver client service and shareholder value.
