Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to act as a national subject matter expert in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance and agency operations. The role partners with divisional leadership to advance objectives, optimize efficiency, and drive performance across the organization.

The position emphasizes workflow standardization, workforce planning, and operational scalability, serving as a strategic advisor to producers, account teams, and leaders to maximize

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience within a large insurance brokerage or agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines initiatives to strengthen operations and service delivery.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions for efficiency and quality.
• Standardize workflows, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce variation.
• Support M&A integration and operational transformation efforts.
• Collaborate with producers, accounts teams, and leadership to drive strategic initiatives.
