Job summary

Insurance Office of America, Inc. seeks a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to act as a national expert in Commercial P&C insurance and agency operations.

You will partner with divisional and regional leadership to advance objectives, optimize operations, and strengthen performance across the organization. The role emphasizes workflow standardization, process improvement, and scalable operations, supporting producers, account teams, and leaders to deliver exceptional client service while maximizing

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage or agency.
• Demonstrated experience with workflow standardization and process optimization.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Lines strategy development and execution with leadership.
• Identify and implement standardized workflows across the organization.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to boost productivity and quality.
• Conduct root cause analyses and apply corrective actions.
• Plan workforce capacity and staffing to support growth.
• Support M&A integration efforts and streamline transitions.
• Collaborate with producers, operations teams, and leadership.
