Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Payments Commercial Card Relationship Manager within our Commercial Bank portfolio. You will manage a diverse client base in Healthcare, Higher Education, and Non-Profit sectors, driving growth through payables strategies and cross-sell opportunities.

You will oversee regular reviews, share best practices, and collaborate with service and product teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention, while upholding risk controls and integrity across engagements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of experience in Relationship Management (Payments, Treasury, or Commercial Card).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and video conferencing tools.
• Solid understanding of payments, client accounting systems, ERPs, and AP processes.
• Demonstrate integrity, accountability, and a strong culture of risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of Commercial Card clients with focus on growth, retention, and satisfaction.
• Identify and implement payables strategies to optimize client outcomes.
• Conduct regular account reviews and share best practices with clients.
• Collaborate with service and product teams to resolve client issues and deliver service.
• Lead initiatives to maximize revenue opportunities and client satisfaction.
• Communicate with C-level client contacts and executive internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrate ownership and accountability in client management.
• Maintain risk controls and adherence to internal policies.
• Be willing to travel up to 25% as needed.
