Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in Plano, TX seeks a Senior Relationship Manager within Commercial Card to own a portfolio of Global Corporate Bank clients with annual card spend >$20MM. You will serve as the SME for Commercial Card and Payments, driving retention, wallet share, and product revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 5+ years in Payments, Treasury Services, or Commercial Card.
• Deep product knowledge of payables and Commercial Card; translate features into value.
• Proven ability to build and expand senior-level client relationships.
• Track record of delivering exceptional client experiences with results.
• Experience managing multiple complex clients with competing priorities.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills for executive audiences.
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities to align client and firm objectives.
• Ability to innovate, problem-solve, and design tailored solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel), Salesforce, and virtual collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of large Commercial Card relationships for client success and revenue.
• Develop strategic expansion plans to drive spend growth and loyalty.
• Act as a Commercial Card SME, sharing insights on industry trends and payments.
• Lead optimization initiatives to improve program performance and outcomes.
• Deliver best-in-class client experiences with proactive issue management and reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional partnerships to ensure seamless execution.
• Advocate for client needs with timely escalation and clear communication.
• Drive performance against client scorecards and profitability targets.
• Present confidently to senior and C-suite stakeholders with clarity.
