Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Vice President of Client Success in Conway, Arkansas, to serve as the central hub coordinating client service delivery, product, and client engagement. The role ensures engagements deliver measurable value, fosters loyalty, and supports expansion by leveraging strategic insight and cross-functional leadership.

The leader will interact with executives, manage accounts, and guide teams to meet revenue, gross profit, and margin targets while aligning with the client management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years of relevant work experience in a production, delivery of similar client facing role, and leading and mentoring associates.
• Specific exposure to P&C insurance industry direct mail, email, and digital customer engagement management solutions for customer acquisition, on-going customer relationship and upsell strategy.
• Strong negotiating skills, in both client relationships/solution outcomes as well as contract development.
• Exceptional communication skills across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Make final decisions on administrative and operational matters for assigned accounts and/or business areas.
• Provide direction to all levels of leadership in various areas, groups, and/or operations.
• Interact with executives and/or major customers and collaborate with sales & client services to achieve engagement objectives.
• Influence senior leaders regarding significant matters for the account or organization.
• Direct and control activities of accounts or functional areas through Service Partners.
• Manage expense priorities and implement changes to methods within the area.
