Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Service Partner to guide client journeys, own relationships, and drive growth from onboarding through renewal. You will serve as the primary client contact, coordinating with delivery teams and shaping strategy to ensure measurable value.

This remote role requires strong leadership and program management in a fast-paced environment. This position supports travel up to 20% and centers on optimizing client success, driving retention, and expanding partnerships across services

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience or equivalent work experience.
• Strong multi-project management and excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and long-term planning.
• Build trust with client decision makers and align solutions.
• Support quarterly business reviews to demonstrate value.
• Identify and qualify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure on-time, high-quality execution.
• Monitor account health and drive retention.
