Job summary

JPMorganChase in the United States is seeking a Payments-Digital & Design-Client Solutions Architect Manager-Vice President to lead the integration of complex payment solutions and shape client experiences across multiple NA locations, including Palo Alto and Chicago.

The role requires deep payments knowledge, executive presentation skills, and collaboration with Sales, Technology, and Product teams to deliver multi-channel, scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across a broad set of products.
• Ability to apply deep technical understanding to solution configurations.
• Experience supporting Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning.
• Experience working with clients in technology and interfacing with engineers.
• Strong payments industry knowledge: Payables, Receivables, Liquidity, FX, Merchant Services.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and modification of products and solutions with Technology to fit complex client use cases.
• Support Sales in pricing, pipeline, and deal-stage mandates.
• Deliver presentations and technical demonstrations on product capabilities.
• Define development requirements for product design enhancements from client feedback.
• Operate as SME across digital channels, open banking, and integration solutions (API, host-host, SWIFT, mobile).
• Collaborate with Client and Sales & Service Partners on holistic business problems and multi-channel integration recommendations.
• Attend client roundtables and strategy workshops as required.
• Provide market feedback to Product Managers and assist with concept design and product launches.
• Represent the organization at client conferences and trade shows.
• Provide training and support on new product/channel capabilities.
• Cover North America.
