Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Client Solutions Architect Manager in Digital & Design to lead the configuration of complex product solutions for diverse clients.

You will collaborate with Sales, Technology, and client teams to tailor offerings, deliver technical demonstrations, and drive multi-channel integrations across North America. The role requires deep payments knowledge, strong presentation skills, and experience guiding product enhancements based on client feedback.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across a broad set of products.
• Deep technical understanding applied to solution configurations in a domain.
• Experience supporting Sales in pricing, pipeline, and account planning.
• Experience working with tech clients and engineers.
• Strong payments domain knowledge (Payables, Receivables, Liquidity, FX, Merchant Services).
• Knowledge of digital channels, open banking, API, host-host, SWIFT, internet and mobile.
• Expertise in standards like JSON, ISO 20022, SWIFT.
• Knowledge of ERP and TMS in corporate banking.
• Knowledge of SAP/Oracle ERP in finance and treasury contexts.
• Strong business-technical background with problem solving and communication.
• Executive presentation skills and demos leadership.

Responsibilities

• Leads configuring and modifying firm products and solutions with Technology to fit complex client use cases.
• Supports Sales in solutioning and mandating deal stages for pricing, pipeline and account planning.
• Engages with client teams to deliver presentations and technical demos of product capabilities.
• Identifies development requirements for product enhancements from client feedback.
• Acts as SME across digital channels, open banking, and integration solutions (host-host, web, SWIFT, API, mobile).
• Collaborates with clients and Sales & Service Partners to define problems and deliver multi-channel integration recommendations.
• Contributes SME insights to client roundtables and strategy workshops.
• Provides market feedback to Product Managers; assists with concept design and feature development for new functionality.
• Represents the organization at client conferences and trade shows.
• Provides training and support on new product and channel capabilities.
• Cover North America.
