Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the pharma/healthcare advertising industry.
• Digital marketing acumen and multi-channel leadership.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and teams.
• Strong senior-level client relationship skills.
• Proven track record in developing relationships with senior clients.
• Experience delivering multi-channel marketing plans and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the client’s business within the agency.
• Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships and strategic value.
• Lead annual brand planning and guide teams.
• Direct and motivate account supervisors and executives.
• Manage and monitor account financial performance and profitability.
• Collaborate with creative teams to deliver high-impact campaigns.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
