Job summary

Avalere Health is seeking a VP, Client Services to lead key client accounts at a global pharma agency by providing sound, strategic leadership, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role oversees brand planning, tactical deliverables, and profitability of all assigned brands.

You will build senior-level client relationships, guide teams, and drive multi-channel marketing initiatives while pursuing new business opportunities and ensuring high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of pharma/healthcare advertising industry.
• Digital marketing acumen and experience leading an integrated agency team.
• Experience managing multiple clients and account teams.
• Proven ability to build senior-level client relationships and strategic partnerships.
• Hands-on proficiency in delivering presentations in PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the client’s business within the agency and guide the agency team with marketing strategy and brand planning.
• Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships, delivering strategic value and leadership.
• Lead agency teams in annual brand planning and ensure profitability of assigned brands.
• Direct and motivate Account Supervisors and Senior Account Executives.
• Manage and monitor account financial performance and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop impactful campaigns and ensure timely delivery.
