Job summary

BNY is seeking a Senior Vice President, Group Delivery Lead in Pittsburgh, PA, to lead end-to-end delivery across multiple agile teams within the Loans Enablement Platform. You will drive planning readiness, manage dependencies, and ensure governance while partnering with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Quality Engineering.

You will communicate delivery health and risks to executives, mentor Scrum Leads, and promote a disciplined agile delivery culture that leverages AI-enabled practices

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading delivery of large-scale tech initiatives within Agile environments.
• Engage credibly with engineering teams and technical leaders on cloud, APIs, distributed systems, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and enterprise architecture.
• Proven experience managing cross-team dependencies, release planning, governance, risk management, and executive communications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent executive communication, facilitation, and influencing across Product, Engineering, Architecture, and senior stakeholders.
• Experience with scaled Agile frameworks and PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring Scrum Leads and delivering leadership to delivery teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, IT, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple agile engineering and product teams, translating strategy into coordinated execution plans.
• Drive PI Planning readiness, cross-team planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, release coordination, and delivery governance.
• Understand distributed systems, platform services, APIs, cloud-native technologies, and architecture to identify risks and enable execution.
• Establish data-driven transparency with metrics, flow analytics, and executive reporting to improve predictability.
• Build partnerships to resolve cross-platform dependencies and impediments impacting strategic initiatives.
• Coach and develop Scrum Leads while promoting disciplined agile delivery and Platform Operating Model adoption.
• Champion AI-enabled delivery practices and automation to improve planning, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
• Influence stakeholders with clear, data-driven storytelling on health, risks, and options.
