Job summary

BNY is seeking a Vice President, Client Enablement - Project Management in New York City to join the Global Payments & Trade, Client Program Office team. You will lead onboarding, transitions and complex client programs, mentor teams, and partner with product and technology to ensure seamless handoffs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• 7–10 years total work experience with 5–7 years in project management, including client implementations.
• Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients and provide project management support for onboarding/transition/conversion projects.
• Coach and guide on project management and escalation handling.
• Collaborate with product/technology teams to ensure proper hand-offs and integration.
• Track metrics and report outcomes of client enablement projects.
• Develop methodologies and processes to improve client onboarding and project delivery.
