BNY Mellon seeks a Vice President, Program and Project Management to lead onboarding and related projects within Managed Account Solutions from Berwyn, PA. You’ll coordinate with Business, Technology, Product, and Operations teams to ensure outcomes align with client expectations and internal requirements.

You’ll drive project artifacts, manage milestones, and foster a culture of disciplined execution across the client onboarding lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in business/related field.
5+ years of project management experience in buy-side investment management preferred.
PMP designation preferred.
Experience with Agile methodologies preferred.
Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio or similar tools.
Experience with JIRA and project tracking platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication, client-facing abilities.

Responsabilités

Lead onboarding and implementation of new clients onto the Managed Account Solutions platform and other projects within the framework.
Create project artifacts including scope, requirements, workflows, and status reports.
Identify and document project requirements by understanding client drivers and current state.
Lead routine meetings with stakeholders and provide status updates.
Foster relationships with clients and internal SMEs; ensure accountability for deliverables.
Track status, manage risks, and escalate blockers as needed.
Drive continuous improvement by evaluating project performance and applying lessons learned.
