Accommodations Plus International (API) is seeking a seasoned professional to join as Vice President of Client Delivery, leading client-facing teams across Operations, Technology, Product, and Accounting to ensure customer success.

The VP will act as the voice of the customer, mentor staff, drive strategic initiatives, manage multiple projects from concept to implementation, and build strong relationships with key client stakeholders to achieve measurable results.

Formación

• Experience leading a team of Account Managers/Directors to ensure client-focused performance.
• Experience overseeing Operations and Sourcing teams to deliver exemplary client results.
• Strong ability to partner with Technology, Product and Accounting to prioritize client requests and drive solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, grow and manage a team of Account Managers/Directors to ensure the correct process, client focus, and communication is conveyed to create exemplary performance for the client
• Oversee the Operations and Sourcing teams to ensure the correct process, client focus, and communication is conveyed to create exemplary performance for the client
• Partner closely with Technology, Product and Accounting to raise, consolidate and prioritize requests until solutions are implemented
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels
• Provide executive oversight on all client projects from concept to implementation, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
