Accommodations Plus International, a technology and services company in the travel sector, seeks a Vice President of Client Delivery to guide client success across Operations, Technology, Product and Accounting. You will mentor teams, drive strategic client initiatives and ensure timely, within-budget delivery.

With 10+ years in client management and strong leadership in the travel/hospitality space, you will build lasting partnerships, oversee regional accounts, and champion best-in-class

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Account Management or Client Services with 5+ years in senior leadership in travel/hospitality.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams across regions.
• Strong implementation and operations experience with client-focused outcomes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a global perspective.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of Account Managers/Directors to ensure top client performance.
• Oversee regional operations and sourcing to deliver exemplary client service.
• Partner with Technology, Product and Accounting to prioritize client requests.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels for retention and upsell.
• Manage multiple projects from concept to implementation and measure outcomes.
• Coordinate business reviews, client implementations and budget alignment.
