Job summary

Accommodations Plus International (API) is a technology and services company focused on the travel industry, delivering ABX-based sales operations excellence. The Senior Analyst, Sales Operations will enable and optimize the sales cycle for complex enterprise accounts, govern processes, and support the Sales Team with data-driven insights.

This role requires AI tool governance, cross-functional coordination, and hands-on experience with Salesforce and BI tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business; 5+ years in sales operations or related role.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and BI/Marketing tools.
Native understanding of AI tools in the workplace.
Accuracy and consistency in quantitative analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience presenting to executives.

Responsibilities

Govern sales processes, tools and governance to align with strategy and efficiency.
Oversee use of templates and commercial assumptions for consistency across proposals.
Manage opportunities through the sales pipeline with cross-functional collaboration.
Coordinate account intelligence and research to support targeted opportunities.
Lead ROI analyses and assist with savings calculations and guardrails for proposals.
Own AI tool deployment governance and workflow automation within the team.
