Job summary

Accommodations Plus International is seeking a visionary Vice President of Product Management to own MyCrewCare, our AI‑driven mobile app for crew engagement. You will bridge customers, engineering, design, and go‑to‑market teams to scale this platform and deliver measurable business value.

You will shape strategy around engagement, retention, and growth, benchmarking against consumer travel apps and leading marketplaces, while guiding design and analytics to a consumer-grade experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management for complex software or tech products.
• Recent ownership of a live customer-facing mobile app with AI prototyping knowledge.
• Experience in travel, hospitality, or marketplace tech.
• Experience joining from outside the org with best practices.
• Experience managing external design/branding agencies.
• Strong UI/UX sensibility and design leadership.
• Strong data fluency with analytics platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in CS, Engineering, or Business.

Responsibilities

• Define a clear product vision and roadmaps anchored to a North Star metric.
• Lead cross-functional teams through agile development from ideation to launch.
• Align UI/UX across the platform and manage external agencies.
• Define KPIs and drive experiments to maximize adoption and retention.
