Job summary

Genova Technologies is seeking a growth-oriented Vice President of Client Delivery to lead our project delivery teams in Cedar Rapids, IA. This on-site role reports to the CEO and owns client retention, account expansion, team performance, and portfolio profitability.

You will partner with the Director of Engineering to safeguard quality delivery, shape client roadmaps, and identify new SOW opportunities to expand the business. On-site at our Cedar Rapids headquarters.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in technology consulting, product management, or agency operations.
• 8+ years in direct people-management of PMs.
• Proven record of account expansion and client relationship management.
• Experience with P&L oversight, gross margins, and utilization metrics.
• Ability to translate client goals into multi-quarter roadmaps and project scopes.
• Excellent executive presence and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Account Leadership & Client Strategy: manage executive relationships and drive revenue growth.
• People Leadership & Operational Management: supervise engineers and project managers, optimize staffing and delivery.
• Portfolio Financial Performance: oversee budgets, margins, and scope governance.
