Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, economics, mathematics, computer science, marketing analytics).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing analytics, performance measurement, and experimentation in web or app channels.
• Strong analytical capability and proficiency with data analysis tools and platforms (Adobe, Analytics, Tableau, SQL).
• Executive communication skills to present insights clearly to senior stakeholders and LOB partners.

Responsabilités

• Assess LOB performance at channel, page, placement, and full funnel levels to gauge marketing effectiveness.
• Develop an analytics framework across the marketing funnel and build automated solutions for quick performance evaluation.
• Create and communicate executive-level presentations to socialize insights and decisions.
• Evaluate Owned Media requests, size trade-offs, explain decisions to LOBs, and craft governance playbooks.
• Leverage monthly benchmark reports to identify underperforming campaigns and tier them for optimization.
• Optimize targeting, creative, placement strategy, and frequency caps; report outcomes to leadership.
• Monitor results weekly and monthly, investigate root causes, and leverage AI to summarize performance shifts.
• Review marketer requests for channel entry ensuring campaigns meet performance benchmarks before launch.
• Develop a forecasting model and identify AI use cases to automate optimization and reduce manual work.
